There are three: seabuckthorn fruits, rosa roxburghii and yangtao kiwifruit.Their common characteristic is high vitamin C concentration, which combined with lead to form harmless and water insoluble salt, which is expelled with excrement. among the three, seabuckthorn is the king of vitamin C.
Now people live with different fumes, which are rich in lead. the above fruits help us to stay healthy. |
